Let's face it guys, the age of uncontrollable, non groomed body hair has long since passed. We don't leave our hair on our heads, or beards to just "run free" so why leave your body hair to do just that? If you are well groomed from top to toe it increases confidence, self esteem, and it's also easier to stay clean and fresh!

Based on the edge of the beautiful cathedral city of Lichfield, 2 minutes drive from the A38 Lichfield South junction, we are a private grooming salon, just for men. You can park on the drive right outside the door, and unlike mainstream salons you won't have to sit in a waiting room, with other customers or staff wondering what it is you are having done!

Many mainstream salons may be doing a facial one minute and a manicure the next, the therapist is likely to be female, and probably trained in general or women's waxing. They are unlikely to be skilled in clipper work, and probably won't have that much idea about what will improve your appearance, or what looks natural on a guy. Men's hair is also thicker and coarser than women's , our bodies are different, and the pattern of hair growth is different to a woman's, so if you really want to look your best, come to the experts!

And that's what we do. All we do. We help guys to look their very best.  7 days a week so we fit in with your working hours. Our opening hours, including weekends and 6 evenings a week are listed at the bottom of the page.

 

Trained by the world famous AXIOM Bodyworks men's waxing academy, and one of the few male therapists in the area, we offer all types of mens waxing, from chest and back, to full body and "the intimate areas." Our Male therapist is also fully qualified in advanced barbering, so is pretty nifty with a set of clippers. We take manscaping to a whole new level, doing the equivalent of "fade haircuts" on your body.

We can wax, trim, trim fade, or a bit of both. Over the years we've created some pretty stunning looks - bringing ever spreading stomach hair back to a "happy trail" through trim fading, or separating out ever merging leg and pubic hair. This really is quite different from just giving you a number 3 clippers all over! And we've been doing it since 2012.

 

We are specialists in our field - Waxing Lichfield displays the Axiom Certified and Associated Beauty Therapists logos, and in conjunction with advanced barbering we are experts at make overs and transformations. If you're unsure what to have done then ask - we will advise you and agree a makeover thats specific to you.

Our appointments are scheduled to allow plenty of time so you won't be rushed through the grooming process. Instead of feeling like you are "just another client", rushed through because "time is money", our male therapist will take care and time to ensure the process is as comfortable as possible, and a great result is achieved for you.

 

If you are having waxing, you will be left with beautifully smooth and unscathed skin, no stickiness from wax residue that hasn't been cleaned off properly, and no soreness or burns. Yes, some of our clients, before they came to us, were actually burnt by other waxing salons. We only use the finest strip, and non strip waxes that have low melting temperatures and we choose the correct wax and waxing technique depending on which part of your body we are waxing. Our aim is to make your waxing as comfortable as is possible, and we will offer you advice and guidance on post waxing care. When waxing we don't leave "hard lines" where you go from super smooth to super hairy - we create a natural look through trim fading, making it appear that the hair naturally fades out rather than comes to an abrupt halt!

When manscaping and trimming, we will cover up clothed areas so that they don't get covered in hair and brush you down fully afterwards leaving you beautifully groomed and not covered in tiny hair clippings.

Our waxing and trimming menus covers the main body areas, but wherever it is, if you've got hair in places you don't want, we'll tame it, fade it or get rid of it. So if you don't see it on the menu, please ask!

We value all our clients, both existing and new so please remember that once an appointment is booked, that time is reserved just for you. If you have to cancel the appointment at the last minute or don't show up, another guy is missing out on that time, and one day it may be you who desperately wants that appointment slot!
